What insiders are doing
Officers, directors and shareholders who own more than a tenth of a company have to report their own trades within two business days. That makes this the freshest thing on the site: a fund’s quarterly report is forty-five days old before anyone sees it.
Only open-market purchases and sales are shown. Share grants, option exercises and shares withheld to pay tax on a vest are left out, because nobody decided to make them.
